Tim Rawson is a registered Psychologist with over 10 years experience working in rural mental health across the New England North West NSW. Based in Armidale, Tim has supported people from all walks of life and presentations to learn new skills and knowledge to improve their wellbeing. He has helped establish a wide variety of mental health programs throughout the region and contributed to workforce development by supervising/training upcoming psychologists who now support other people in need throughout the country. 

Whilst Tim works with a wide variety of presentations, his specialty and passion lays in anxiety, trauma and child/adolescent mental health- with a side of organisational psychology just to keep things interesting. Tim is trained in a wide variety of psychological approaches including EMDR, DBT, ACT, CBT, Sandplay and more.

Andrea Bolger holds a post-graduate degree in Clinical Psychology and has practiced as a Psychologist for over 20 years. Based in Armidale, Andrea provides evidenced-based-therapy for adults experiencing problems with life in general or specific issues such as:

  • Anxiety

  • Adjustment

  • Depression

  • Gender issues

  • OCD

  • Pain

  • Phobias

  • Relationship/ interpersonal problems

  • Stress

  • Trauma

Jason is a registered Psychologist with a postgraduate qualification in professional psychology. Based in Armidale, he brings with him a wealth of experience from a variety of backgrounds; including an engineering trade, teaching at both secondary and tertiary levels, and Psychology. Jason has spent the last decade working with vulnerable children, families and individuals within various settings including non-for-profit, schools and businesses.  

Jason's therapeutic interests span a wide spectrum under the broad theme of helping individuals adjust to life's challenges across the lifespan.  This includes addressing issues such as 

  • Anxiety and depression 

  • Managing chronic illnesses 

  • Coping with grief and loss 

  • Transitioning careers 

  • Offering support during the perinatal period (particularly new fathers)

  • Parenting

  • Supporting neurodiversity, particularly ADHD 

In his practice, Jason provides clients with evidence-based therapies and advocates for a collaborative approach. In this way he aims to support individuals to explore their concerns and gain self-insight so they can work through challenges and regain control to live meaningful and fulfilled lives.

Anna is a Clinical Psychologist working with adults. Based in Armidale, Anna believes that we are all dynamic, evolving beings and uses a person-centred approach to treatment, informed by ACT, CBT, and positive psychology. Anna’s approach is supportive and focussed on developing insight, and facilitating
practical strategies for living and flourishing. She values creating a warm and supportive therapeutic
relationship with her clients and likes to work collaboratively with their health care team.


She is interested in working with clients with the following concerns:

  • Grief and loss

  • Difficulties adjusting to significant change

  • Depression and mood disorders

  • Maternal mental health

  • Mental health issues related to menopause.

Anna is a member of the Australian Psychological Society (APS). She holds full registration as an
endorsed clinical psychologist with the Psychology Board of Australia. She is a board approved AOEP
clinical and registrar supervisor.

Karen Andrews is a registered Psychologist with over 6 years experience working with children and adults in a rural setting. She has worked with clients across the lifespan in various settings, including school and telehealth. Karen is also a qualified primary school teacher and has extensive understanding about child and adolescent development. She believes that you are the expert in your own life and will support you with various intervention styles tailored to you as an individual. Karen is trained in CBT, ACT, SFBT & TF-CBT. She approaches clients from a strengths-based perspective and is a supportive and warm listener. Karen works with most presentations including anxiety, panic disorder, trauma, grief and loss and depression.
