Calling all high school artists, doodlers, daydreamers & creatives!

Do you have a flair for art and a curious mind? BetterSpace Wellbeing Clinic invites young creatives (aged 12–18) to enter our Thought Defusion Art Competition!

🧠 Theme: “Stepping Back from Your Thoughts – Making Conscious Choices”

Inspired by our blog "My Brain’s Talking Rubbish Again", we’re inviting you to explore the idea of thought defusion—the skill of stepping back from unhelpful thoughts and choosing what really matters to you.

✨ Whether you paint, draw, animate, collage, or create in your own unique way, we want to see your artistic take on this powerful idea.

🏆 Prizes:

🥇 1st Place – $200 gift voucher

🥈 2nd Place – $100 gift voucher

🥉 3rd Place – $50 gift voucher🎉

All entries will be displayed in our clinic waiting room!

📅 Submission Deadline: 29th August 2025

📍 Open to ages 12–18. Prize winners must collect their prize in person at our Armidale clinic.
